PSI allows you to change your appointment for free if you do so up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled exam session. Changes/cancellations are not permitted within 48 hours of the scheduled test date.
You are allowed to reschedule for free within same testing window. If you want to reschedule outside of your testing window rollover fees may apply.
Deadline for requesting withdrawal, refund, or rollover
On or before last day of examination administration window
*Please note: the last day of the registration window is a FINAL deadline. Applications submitted electronically after midnight EST on this date will NOT be accepted.
Examination Fees
The examination fee for CPAN or CAPA certification is $350.00 for ASPAN members and $424.00 regular registration fee.
* In order to receive the ASPAN member discount, you must already be an ASPAN member at the time that you apply online and provide an active ASPAN membership number.
If you apply to take both the CPAN® and CAPA® examinations on the same test date or on different dates in the same testing window you must complete a separate application for each examination and pay the fee for each examination.
For information about withdrawing from an examination, requesting a refund, or requesting a rollover from one administration window to another, please refer to the Certification Candidate Handbook for ABPANC’s policies. In addition, policies regarding if you are a “no-show” candidate for your scheduled examination appointment are defined in the Certification Candidate Handbook.
